The Early Flathead (V8) motor is in top running order.
The only updates are the aluminum carburetor and manifold (4 barrel).
The interior has recently been upgraded with maroon and white rolled leather.
The white wall tires are in perfect condition and the running boards are in tip top shape.
If you live in the lower Virginia area I am sure you have seen this car at all the local car show.
It has been said that this is one of the smoothest and nicest riding cars for an all original 1940.
