Vehicle Description With an impressive choice of raw material that represents one of Ford's most appealing styling years, and a longtime favorite among hot rodders, this 1940 Ford Tudor Sedan has received the street rod treatment that centers around the transplant of a Pontiac Trans Am powertrain from the 1990s, along with the addition of aftermarket air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes.
The seller reports no known functional issues with the Ford, which is reported to now have a Ford Mustang II-style independent front suspension.
The build was apparently performed by a previous owner, and the seller says the Ford has appeared in numerous cars shows around the Plains states.
