Vehicle Description 1967 Ford Mustang (GT350 Restomod/Tribute)This multiple award winning GT350 Restomod's transformation began with a laser straight body with all seams matching perfectly.
It was treated to a Shelby paint scheme (Dupont deep blue metallic) with the correct sized white stripe.
Four layers of color followed by 4 layers of clear coat were used giving it a deep mirror flawless shine.
Recently a ceramic coating has been applied.
It's powered by a new (less than 100 miles since installation) 363 Stage 1 SHAFIROFF engine dyno'd at 535 horsepower with 588 Lbs of torque.
It's topped off with a Paxton Novi 1200 Supercharger with 7 ? Lbs of boost.
A new TREMEC five-speed manual transmission and hydraulic clutch have been added as well.
EXTERIORThe exterior condition of this car is outstanding.
The paint is flawless, all chrome pieces are show quality including both chrome bumpers and new door handles, all the glass is new as are the side vent windows and all Shelby badges.
A new grill insert houses the inboard optional dual lights which replicate those which were part of the original early Shelbys built in 1967.
INTERIORThe deluxe interior is black with brushed aluminum dash panels and the front seats are new.
All the gauges in the dash have been converted to easy-to-read blue LED lights and function properly as do all the interior lights including the overhead console.
TCP pedals are in place and new Shelby floor mats are present.
In keeping with the Shelby theme, a radio has been deleted, a console-mounted fire extinguisher is in place, as well as a Shelby Roll Bar and Simpson Safety Harnesses.
Further there is a stainless steel and mahogany Shelby steering wheel with a center emblem of the snake mounted on a tilt steering column.
The trunk compartment is carpeted in blue and white matching the exterior paint and it houses the battery which is enclosed in an aluminum box.
