Vehicle Description 1985 Ferrari Testarossa MonospecchioThis incredibly rare 1985 Ferrari Testarossa Monospecchio is a highly sought-after early production example exactly like the one debuted in 1984.
It features a single mirror mounted high on the driver's side A-pillar.
As a result, the car was nicknamed the flying mirror and is widely considered to be the most attractive and collectible of all the standard Testarossas.
In total, only 1,497 Flying Mirror cars were produced between 1984 and 1986 for the worldwide market, only 421 came to North America.
Another unique feature of this spec, found only in early model years (1984-1987), is the racing-inspired magnesium single-bolt knockoff wheels, which were updated to the standard Ferrari five-bolt pattern in mid-1988.
1985 was the inaugural year for Testarossa sales in North America, and the only year in which a third brake light (located on the engine cover) was not featured, making this spec all the more rare.
This particular car is finished in a classic Rosso Corsa paint with a black leather interior.
A full engine out and timing belt servicing was completed by Ferrari of Tampa Bay in Spring of 2022.
This vehicle is highly original and believed to be a single owner car.
16,241 miles from new.
