For Sale: 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 in Bennington, Vermont for sale in Bennington, VT
Vehicle Description I purchased this car Sept 2013 online from the state of Oregon.
Car was from the state of Washington.
It was a 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 352 Automatic.
Vin-5J66X170312.
Car color is Honey Gold.
Car was repainted at one point before i purchased car.
I believe factory ford paint was enamel.
This Paint i believe is base coat / clear coat.
Paint looks really good.
Body is solid.
Front & Rear bumpers are in fairly good shape.
( Sufficient for me ).
But to be 100% would need to be redone.
Inside upholstery is nice except left arm rest has cracks.
Front & Rear glass in good shape except barley could see few scratches.
Car could use new weather striping in doors & rear window panels.
Under carriage & Frame in very good shape & solid.
Only hole in car is on inside of left rear quarter panel under car behind left rear wheel.
But as shown in pictures its a factory drainage hole with the black plug missing & got a little rusted out and looks like a rusted hole.

The reason the car has painted wheels & no hub caps & exhaust exiting the side is because i am a old Nascar fan & love the looks of the cars these years ran in that time.
So that's the Theme of this car.
It sounds really idling & running as well.
So in saying all this, here is the list of what i did to make this Theme happen.
