The '33 Ford roadster profile was constructed with a subtle chopped top, a lower stance and with modern amidites.
This 1933 Ford roadster street rod was the subject of a book, Street Rodder Magazine's Guide To Building 1933-1934 Fords.
Barry White's Street Rod Repair Company built this car for the 2003 Street Rodder Magazine Road Tour.
High quality, new components from the hot rod industry's leading manufacturers were used and published in the multi-installment magazine coverage and as well as the book that will come with the purchase of the car.
The car was driven across the country with one goal in mind, to attend major street rod events.

POWERTRAINThis 1933 Ford has a true Ford powertrain- 302-cubic-inch V-8 crate engine from Ford Racing Performance Parts.
The EFI engine features MSD ignition components and Hedman exhaust headers.
The transmission is a Ford AOD Street Fighter four-speed automatic built by TCI Transmissions.
The car starts right up with no hesitation and has no leaks.
The 12 volt Optima battery was replaced in 2021.
EXTERIORThe 1933 Ford roadster body is reproduction fiberglass and fenders are steel-reinforced parts from Wescott's Auto Restyling.
The hood is all aluminum from one of the master metal smiths at Marcel DeLey and Sons Custom Metal Shaping.
The Wescott body features a two-inch chopped windshield.
The top still goes down, even though it was chopped.
The body was covered in PPG Mercedes-Benz Silver, the car is always garaged when not cruising.
The only condition issue is a small mar on the left front fender caused while moving cars in previous owners shop.
The paint can be easily matched PPG color.
Correct 1933 front chrome bumper replaced April 2023.
Stainless steel exhaust tips added as well.
INTERIORInterior components were supplied by RodDoors and included the one off bench seat and matching one off door panels.
The upholstery is charcoal Ultraleather, which was also used in the trunk.
There are no tears or cracks in the upholstery or carpeting and the digital gauges all work well.
Even though the car is a roadster with no side windows, it's equipped with Vintage Air A/C in the custom center stack.
The floor shifter is from Lokar and shifts smooth as butter.
CHASSISFrame rails are from Pete and Jakes.
The front suspension utilizes a Mustang II type suspension from Heidt's Hot Rod Shop.
Stainless control arms are used with Aldan billet coilover shocks.
The 9-inch Ford rear end is from DTS and is fitted with 3.

Disc brakes from Stainless Steel Brake Corporation are used on all four corners.
Front brakes and calipers were replaced in 2021 from SSBC.
The alignment was done recently with no issues and tracks true.
This car has the road miles to prove its drivability.
The rims are Wheel Vintique mags with sizes 8x18 in back and 6x17 in front.
The front tires are brand new Nitto 235/40ZR17 the rear tires are Nitto 255/55R18.
