Based on the current hourly rate of clinical supervision and the number of hours required, this benefit is valued at approximately $10,000.
The Developmental Services (DS) Eligibility Evaluator will conduct all required eligibility testing for individuals applying to receive services from Developmental Services at UCS.
This testing will be conducted on site.
This is a per diem position and hours will be determined by demand of those entering DS services.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Psychology requiredMust be on track to become licensed as a Psychologist; or a doctoral level psychologist licensed or on track for licensure as a psychologist.
Training in administering I.
Q testing, verbal and non-verbal and Adaptive Behavior Assessments required.
Experience preferred.
Valid Driver's LicenseAvailability:

Responsibilities:
The DS Eligibility Evaluator will work with the DS Intake Coordinator (Office Manager) to respond to the need for DS Eligibility Testing and to schedule when and where this testing will occur.
The Eligibility Evaluator will follow all testing requirements from DAIL, including conducting testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder, IQ, and Adaptive Functioning.
The Evaluator will create reports summarizing testing results as per DAIL requirements and will submit these reports back to the DS Intake Coordinator and the DS Director within 21 business days of the evaluation being done.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE:
All eligibility testing requirements as determined by DAIL, DDSD, or other entities shall be followed for conducting tests and completing reports.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION:
The Assistant Director of Outpatient Services will provide clinical supervision to this position and will sign off on all documentation and required reports until such time as the Eligibility Evaluator obtains licensure and will be able to sign off independently.
The Assistant Director of Outpatient Services and the Eligibility Evaluator will determine an appropriate supervision schedule.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
The Eligibility Evaluator will submit mileage vouchers to the DS Division Director in order to be compensated for mileage used while performing DS eligibility testing for UCS.
