MissionCare at Bennington - Regional Business Office Manager- VT & MA regionThe primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Accounts Receivable and collections functions of the iCare managed facilities and provide guidance, direction and leadership to all on-site facility business office staff.

Responsibilities:
Ensure monthly AR reviews are completed on a monthly basis and communicate systemic major cases to VP of RCM Provide training and support to Business Office staffWill provide back-up support during business office vacancies Conducts Resident Trust Audits Maintain/Reduce Write-Off levelMaintain an ongoing list of Medicaidi pending/status - follow up w/SNF's monthly Monitors collection processAudit & review standardized tracking systemsAttend facility Social Security auditsAssist with HMS audit dataAll other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of various software programs, required.
Must have experience in long term care business office functions.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing procedures, required.
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related area, preferred.
Must be highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
