Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Food provided On-the-job training Duties - Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple providers - Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records and databases - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively - Experience with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously - Previous experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
