The Associate will provide administrative and secretarial support to the production staff including tracking and processing weekly time and attendance records, maintaining and processing shop orders, purchase orders, vendor invoices and other records, typing and filing, sending and receiving faxes and e-mails and processing and distributing mail.
Qualifications include relevant secretarial experience, preferably in a production department, proficient working with Microsoft office software (Word & Excel), excellent interpersonal communication and math skills, and post high school education preferred.
