Based on the current hourly rate of clinical supervision and the number of hours required, this benefit is valued at approximately $10,000.
The Shared Living Program Manager oversees a large program of individuals with intellectual disabilities living in home placements.
The Manager will provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff while ensuring procedural compliance and best practice is occurring within the program.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and relevant experience.
Familiarity with all programs in Microsoft Office, outlook.
Must be QDDP eligible.
Availability:
Full time, 40 hrs.
per week.

Requirements:
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND SUPERVISION:
The Shared Living Program Manager provides administrative and clinical supervision to the Shared Living Program Coordinator.
The Manager monitors the quality of services provided, acts as QDDP, monitors treatment plans, writes funding proposals, oversees contracted supports, and implements trainings for home providers and staff.
The Shared Living Program Manager will ensure that proper procedures and policies are being followed and will complete annual performance reviews on supervised staff.
The Manager will also participate as a member of the DS Emergency On-Call System QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE:
The Shared Living Program Manager will ensure that programs and documentation meet regulatory compliance and serves as QDDP for consumers in the Shared Living program.
The Manager will also oversee all aspects of home placements to ensure compliance is occurring.
NETWORKING AND CONSULTATION / EDUCATION:
Serves on agency committees, as assigned or appropriate.
Assists Program Coordinators in the coordination of services, as requested.
Provides assigned training as requested or appropriate.
Represents the division on statewide task forces as assigned.
Implements appropriate training for staff in Shared Living and ensures compliance with training is occurring.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT, RECORD KEEPING AND FISCAL MONITORING:
Completes various clinical and administrative forms for billing, management information and clinical purposes.
Prepares reports, as requested.
Reviews management and outcome reports completed by managers.
Reviews waiver budgets as appropriate, and advises Division Director of necessary changes.
Ensures the timely completion of documentation from Case Managers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
