Summary of Position:
- Customer Order Fulfillment:
packaging and gathering of merchandise for customer orders.
- Online Processing which includes:
processing customer orders, printing labels, shipping information, editing/updating inventory - Customer Service:
professional correspondence with customers via phone, email and shop messages.
- Incoming Inventory:
unpack and stocking of incoming inventory and updating merchandise online.
- Assist in preparing products we make and sell; for example:
herb packing, pouring essential and fragrance oils, dipping incense, making powder incense and preparing 13 Moons collectible kits.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work place.
Expected goals and
Responsibilities:
- Strong Computer Skills - Excellent communication skills - Collaborate effectively with team member as well as work well alone - Ability to delivering exceptional customer service - Patience - Good-natured demeanor and a great sense of humor are highly valued in this role - Motivated Please Note:
