org/careers The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant, under a provider's direction, is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing-processed based care/services to patients.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing required or a successful graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program required.
CMA certification preferred.
Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.
Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Practical Nurse License or CMA certification by date of employment required.
Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
