Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
Voc Rehab Vermont is seeking a high energy, customer-focused VR
Counselor to work in our Bennington office providing employment services
for individuals with disabilities who receive TANF benefits. The ideal
candidate will have the ability to encourage and motivate people,
support people through life changes and help identify and support career
interests and exploration. You must have an excellent ability to work
within a team setting, and have a solid understanding of barriers
created by poverty, disability and
psychosocial issues. The
ability to effectively collaborate with community partners is
essential. You must be well-organized, open to learning and work from a
strengths-based approach. People with disabilities are strongly urged
to apply.
Full-time, Limited Service.
NOTE: There is one

with a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling apply to job posting

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
